College students and staff recognised Remembrance Day with a minutes silence on the central lawn area of the college. P-4 sub-school leaders Josh and Stephanie, led the short service which was also attended by some college community members. Josh and Stephanie did a marvellous job and a beautiful backdrop was provided by the P-4 students, who had planted poppies which blossomed in time for this significant event. The recently refurbished college cannon was also a focal point for the event. Thanks also goes to Jackson S, who tended to our national flag on the day.

The poppies that our P-4 sub-school planted earlier this year are now in full bloom in readiness for Remembrance Day tomorrow. They look wonderful and will serve as a perfect backdrop for our minute of silence at 11:00am.
